Up to 1 hour              £1.00          8:00am to 6:00pm

Up to 2 hours            £1.50          8:00am to 6:00pm

2 to 4 hours               £2.50          8:00am to 6:00pm

Over 4 hours             £3.50          8:00am to 6:00pm

Evening charges        £1.00          6:00pm to midnight

Sunday                       No Charge

 

BLUE BADGE HOLDERS – CHARGES APPLY AS ABOVE. FOR INFORMATION FOR BLUE BADGE HOLDERS ONLY

Purchase pay and display ticket. Display ticket with your blue badge alongside. Ensure the wheelchair symbol is on view. An additional one hour will be granted following expiry time. E.g 1 hour ticket purchased – 2 hours parking allowed.

 

Regulations
A Penalty Charge Notice will be issued if a vehicle is Parked:
-After Expiry time paid for
-Without displaying a valid pay and display ticket
-Beyond bay markings
-In a restricted area of the car park*
-In a designated disabled persons parking place without a valid disabled persons badge and clock displayed in the prescribed manner*
-causing an obstruction*
-and exceeds the maximum weight permitted*
-In an area not designated for that class of vehicle*
-In permit/staff/civic bay without displaying a valid permit*

Penalties
A Penalty Charge Notice will be issued for failure to comply with the order regulating the use of thes car park of either £70.00 for a higher level contravention or £50.00 for all other contraventions. This penalty charge will be discounted by 50% if paid within 14 days from the date the notice was served.

Conditions of Use

A copy of the current Parking Places order regulating the use of this car park may be inspected at the Council Offices, Wellington Road, Ashton-under-Lyne during normal office hours or alternatively on line at www.tameside.gov.uk/parking

All persons using this car park do so at their own risk and the Council accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to any person or vehicle (including contents).

This car park is patrolled regularly. In the event of any problems please contact Parking services on 0161 342 2005 (available during normal office hours).
